Sign-Ups: October 18th, 19th and 20th from 9:00am - 6:00pm

Required Items:
     1) 
Valid photo ID (Mass ID, Driver's License, Passport)
     2) Birth certificate for any children 0-12 years old
     3) Proof of address (any kind of bill with the name and address)
     4) Proof of income of the household

Distribution:
     Thanksgiving 
- November 22nd
     9:00am-12:00pm, 1:00-6:00pm (by appointment)

     Christmas - December 20, 21, 22
     9:00am-12:00pm, 1:00-6:00pm (by appointment)
